The USBC Power 50 Under 40 is a prestigious recognition that honors the brilliance, hustle, and impact of the next generation of Black leaders who are blazing bold new trails across business, culture, and innovation.
This year’s theme, "The New Black Vanguard," celebrates a collective of fearless changemakers who aren’t waiting for the future — they’re creating it. Rooted in legacy, driven by innovation, and unapologetic in their pursuit of power, equity, and excellence, these leaders are reshaping industries and reimagining what Black leadership looks like in real time.
From entrepreneurs and creatives to disruptors and executives, each honoree is more than a rising star — they’re setting the bar. The Power 50 Under 40 spotlights those who are not only building successful careers but are also leaving lasting impact, driving cultural shifts, and opening doors for generations to come.
This dynamic community represents the very best of what’s next — bold thinkers, barrier-breakers, and visionary leaders who are committed to economic empowerment, innovation, and legacy-building.

At the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., we are proud to celebrate the brilliance, ambition, and impact of the next generation of Black leaders through our Power 50 Under 40 program.
To be considered for this prestigious honor, nominees must meet two mandatory criteria:

Identify as Black, and
-
Be between 18 and 40 as of September 15, 2025.
Beyond age and identity, our selection process considers a variety of factors that demonstrate excellence and influence, including:

Leadership and career achievements (corporate position held, entrepreneurial success, etc.)

Social and cultural impact
-
Business growth (company revenue, funding, or team size)
-
Personal story and journey
-
Advocacy, civic engagement, and community empowerment
-
Contributions to shaping culture and driving innovation
